10 tips for an active life

Start everyday with a balanced breakfast.
Eat fibre rich foods.
Moderate physical activity to keep your body in shape.
Time to take proteins! They are absorbed a lot better after doing exercise.
Get outside using sun cream to produce Vitamin D and help absorption of proteins and calcium.
Drink between one and two litres of water a day.
Don’t forget to have your 3 meals a day! Diet is vital for staying healthy.
Prepare dishes in advance to avoid improvisation and have a good diet.
Make time for your favourite activities e.g. walking the dog, reading a book.
Get plenty of sleep - between 7-9 hours is the recommended time.
