OPTIFAST® Meal Bars

The OPTIFAST® Meal Bars are a good way to refuel on the move and carry on with your day. You are allowed 1 bar per day alongside 3 of the other Optifast products, giving you all your nutrients for the day. Each bar has 160 calories and is high in protein and there are 2 flavours for you to choose from; Chocolate or Berry.
