To increase calorie content, add:

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine milk (150ml) and oats (50g) - stir out any lumps and soak overnight in fridge.

  2. Step 2

    The following morning, add honey/maple syrup (1 teaspoon), chopped pear (100g) and blueberries (60g).

  3. Step 3

    Blend for 3 - 5 mins.

Blending Instructions

This recipe was blended without any additional water and yielded 320ml total blend (just over 5 x 60ml syringes). You may find you need to add some fluid to your blend to achieve the desirable consistency. Always sieve blends until you are confident you are achieving a completely smooth blend with no bits.

Freezing Instructions

This recipe is not suitable for home freezing - make fresh and consume immediately.

Tips

Soaked oats as opposed to cooked oats will blend easier with less fluid required.
